Even though a user chooses not to accept a cookie, he or she will still be able to access all sections of the web site. We only use cookies when a member logs in to the web site and selects the box on the login screen that says "Remember me?". In this case a cookie is written to the user's hard drive to indicate that each time the user attempts to log in, his or her user id and password will automatically be placed into those fields in the login screen, thus saving the user keystrokes.
